Route Selection :

The purpose of the Route Selection phase is to carry out a detailed technical evaluation of the scheme corridors.

The new Nenagh-Limerick road will be a high quality grade separated Dual Carriageway to Motorway standard with interchanges to existing and proposed roads, underbridges and link roads as required to access the existing road network.

The new road will join the Limerick Southern Ring Road Phase I with the
Nenagh Bypass which will be upgraded to dual carriageway standard, as part of the project.
