SOUTHERN RING ROAD PHASE II
(incorporating the 4th Shannon Crossing)
As part of the Government's commitment to improving the National
Road System in the mid-west region, Limerick County Council (in association with
Limerick Corporation, Clare County Council and the National Roads Authority) are
planning a link between the N21, Adare to Rossbrien Road, south of the city and
the N18, Ennis Road to the west of the city. This road will include a 4th crossing
of the River Shannon.
Public
information sessions about this scheme will be held in the Greenhills Hotel,
Ennis Road on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th of March 2000 between the hours
of 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Members of the public are invited to attend.
Staff
members from the Road Design Office and Consultants M.C. O'Sullivan will be present
to handle any queries.
